As Golf Clubs, like every other hospitality venue, struggle with ongoing staffing shortages
We are excited to launch our international hospitality program. This is designed to provide clubs with the opportunity to access offshore hospitality talent both front and back of the house and provide offshore candidates with the chance to work here in Australia and New Zealand. Having brought in Scandinavian-based greenkeepers since December 19 last year to help with course staff shortages, we are now focusing on the clubhouse!

Yesterday we hosted a social event for the seasonal program participants. It was great to hear about their time here so far, on and off the golf course. Thank you to Metropolitan Golf Club for allowing us to host the event during this busy time of year and for the excellent hospitality throughout the afternoon.
