International Candidates

Course Maintenance & Hospitality

1. Decide whether you would like to work in Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Canada, The Nodics or the UK and check your eligibility for a Working Holiday Maker Visa. You must be eligible to participate.

2. If you are eligible, you will automatically be provided with a link to the general application form and information on how to complete it. This will include providing a short introductory video of yourself.


3. After we have received your application, we will send you information on jobs available at golf clubs in the listed countries that you have chosen and you can apply for those that interest you most. We communicate with you and our golf club clients through the recruitment process.


4. Once you have secured a role, we will work with you to obtain the appropriate visa. If you are not eligible for a Working Holiday Maker visa, there may be other visa options available for you.


5. We will then coordinate your flights and an orientation program for your arrival city. We will also assist you with your ongoing accommodation in-country, transportation/vehicles, phone services, superannuation, banking, and appropriate insurance.


6. Once you have arrived at your destination and have commenced working at your new employer, we will check in with you on a regular basis.


7. Our team will be available throughout the process to assist you with these steps and answer any questions


Domestic Candidates

Course Maintenance & Hospitality

1. Once we have received your application, we advise golf clubs in Australia or New Zealand of your availability and interest in finding work.


​2. We then work with you and our golf club clients through the recruitment processes.​


3. Golf clubs choose who they would like to recruit. While we will endeavour to secure all applicants a role, we cannot guarantee this.

Executive Appointments

1. Most executive appointments arise from EnvoyGolf being retained by golf club clients to assist them with the appointment of a senior management role. 


2. We either use a combination of advertising and executive search to source a pool of appropriate candidates through our Comprehensive Process or, use an Accelerated Process and undertake a discrete executive search of our database to arrive at a more focused pool of executive candidates. 


3. In both recruitment processes, we utilise our Hinterview Video interview platform to present video, resume and consultant commentary to our client decision-makers from which they select candidates to interview. 


4. Clients and candidates are kept informed and supported through the end-to-end process to; offer and acceptance, background and reference checks, resignation, and commencement. All candidates are advised of the outcome of the process.


5. Other executive appointments arise when candidates are referred to golf clubs on an ad hoc basis. These candidates come to us through other retained executive appointment processes or register with us separately through our website or other contacts.
