Our operations have expanded globally once again. Looking to the future, Envoy Golf will continue to recruit and assist experienced green keepers and golf industry professionals from the northern hemisphere into Australia and New Zealand. Now, we are also responding to the need for hospitality staff by introducing programs to bring overseas staff to golf clubs here.

As with green keepers, open borders also provide offshore seasonal opportunities for local Australian and New Zealand hospitality staff to gain valuable overseas experience, working with golf clubs in the northern hemisphere.

Our core focus is on helping golf clubs source the course staff that most are struggling to recruit.

While there are greater needs through the summer growing season, the skills shortages are year-round. Now that borders have reopened, we have once again commenced bringing in experienced greenkeepers to meet seasonal and ongoing staffing demands, at the same time providing a great work and life experience for our incoming greenkeepers.
