Meet Filip, a Swedish Greenkeeper at NSW Golf Club
Hey, my name is Filip Lindh. I am a Swedish greenkeeper that spent five months working and living in Australia. I worked at New South Wales Golf Club in Sydney, which in my opinion, may be one of the coolest workplaces. It has been such a great experience and I have friends and memories for life.
I strongly recommend you to do what I did. It's something that I will never forget. It is the perfect way to live, work and see new things on the opposite side of the world, with lots of opportunities to learn more about and in the greenkeeping industry. You'll also be able to travel to see and explore more of the amazing country down under.
Yesterday we hosted a social event for the seasonal program participants. It was great to hear about their time here so far, on and off the golf course. Thank you to Metropolitan Golf Club for allowing us to host the event during this busy time of year and for the excellent hospitality throughout the afternoon.
