Experienced greenskeepers are extremely valuable to clubs. We are certain you know of the general duties of a greenkeeper. Here are a few reminders of what clubs are looking for:
Contribute to the overall planning and daily course setup as well as being very ‘hands-on’.
Have a desire to expand your knowledge and understanding of golf course maintenance operations while at the same time leveraging your existing experience in providing leadership and direction for more junior team members
Bring the attitude, interpersonal skills and customer focus to engage well with the course and club staff, members, and guests.
Due the location of most clubs, a driver’s license and exclusive access to a car is necessary. You will also be required to drive maintenance vehicles around the golf course.
1. Once we have received your application, we advise golf clubs in Australia or New Zealand of your availability and interest in finding work.
2. We then work with you and our golf club clients through the recruitment process.
3. Golf clubs choose who they wish to recruit. While we will endeavour to secure all applicants a role, we cannot guarantee this.
