Founder - EnvoyGolf
Mark is one of two founding directors of Ellington Savage, www.ellingtonsavage.com.au, an international search firm established in 1993.
Playing golf for more years than he cares to remember he is a member of one of the worlds top ranked courses, New South Wales Golf Club at La Perouse. For over 30 years he has been lucky to enjoy the course and its spectacular views most weekends.
This interest in golf and membership at New South Wales Golf Club led to his applying his broader recruitment industry experience within the golf industry recruiting the then titled Green Keeper in 1989.
Since then, he has been involved in every senior appointment at New South Wales Golf Club; three General Managers, three Golf Managers/Director of Golf, Head Professional, a couple of Head Chefs, F&B Manager, Finance Manager/Assistant General Manager and after 29 years the current Course Superintendent.
Through that work Mark was referred into other clubs and has had the privilege of recruiting some of the most senior roles of many great clubs in Sydney; The Australian, Manly, Bonnie Doon and Royal Sydney. Most of this work has involved tapping into, and recruiting out of offshore markets in North America, the UK, Europe, South Africa and Asia.
This international involvement parallels the work involved in the core Ellington Savage practice, which has sourced talent out of international markets for some of Australia's highest profile organisations in a range of sectors.
It is this exposure to the international golfing industry which led to solving specific golf industry resourcing issues from a global, cross border perspective.

Cameron has grown up around golf and has developed both a passion for the industry and a strong network of connections throughout the industry worldwide.
An accomplished low handicap golfer, whilst still in school he represented Scotland and played in many international golf tournaments within Europe and as far afield as South Africa.
Graduating in golf management in July 2019, during the summer months Cameron has worked on golf courses as a greenkeeper at his home club of St Andrews, in Slovenia and in Australia to further his career within the industry.
During his studies he was awarded with an R&A Scholarship which has allowed him to take part in the organisation of several international events including the Open Championship. Added to this he was awarded a Continuing Professional Development Award from the British International Golf Greenkeepers Association in January 2020.
These awards and his experience working as greenkeeper provide him with an excellent grasp of what Superintendents are looking for in their crew members and the requirements and benefits of the role of greenkeeper, for both experienced and new to role candidates. Through his connections back in Europe and also South Africa, Cameron is well placed to access the market of young greenkeepers in these locations.

Carl is uniquely qualified to work with EnvoyGolf because he was one of participants in the pilot programme in the 2019/2020 season, working at Avondale Golf Club.
Carl comes from a golfing family, he grew up in a town in the south of Sweden called Vastervik, where amongst other business interests his family own the local golf course.
From an early age he was playing golf and at 11 was playing of a handicap of 10.2. At 13 he started working on the family golf course and every season since and became qualified as a greenkeeper through the Swedish Greenkeepers Association. Through this time working with and observing all the professionals involved in the managing of a golf facility he developed a strong interest in furthering his knowledge and experience in the golf industry.
Having travelled extensively with his family, in 2019 he and friend decided to travel to Australia and participate in the inaugural EnvoyGolf season. Having enjoyed the experience of working and living in he decided to stay on in Australia after the summer season.
From his experience working on golf course in Sweden and here, he has hands on understanding of what Superintendents are looking in their staff and the role of the green keeper. He also provides EnvoyGolf with a multi lingual capability and a strong connection back into the market of young greenkeepers in the Nordics.
